Why the GrizzlyBag® 2.0 is stronger than all other bags
Based on our more than 30 years of experience, we have developed a dunnage bag in which the front sides are no longer sewn, but welded with a special sealing tape. This achieves greater strength with less material. The 50% lighter fabric saves resources and raw materials and reduces CO2 emissions and costs – which also benefits our customers.
GrizzlyBag® 2.0 HEAVY dunnage bags consist of a sturdy outer shell made of polypropylene (PP) and are therefore also suitable for use in extreme climatic conditions. The shell is resistant to most alkalis, acids and chemical solvents. The inner bag (inliner) is made of coextruded polyethylene (PE) and serves to keep the air securely inside the bags. This material and the workmanship guarantee tightness even under high pressure. The HEAVY version is suitable for medium to heavy cargo.
In addition, our GrizzlyBag® 2.0 HEAVY dunnage bags are 100% recyclable – it is no coincidence that they have been certified by the Association of American Railroads (AAR).
Time savings thanks to the Venturi quick-fill system
The integrated quick-fill valve of the GrizzlyBag® 2.0 HEAVY, in combination with special Venturi adapters, enables particularly time-saving handling. The flow of compressed air within the adapter creates a vacuum, which draws in a large amount of ambient air through additional openings and blows it into the dunnage bag.
Our GrizzlyBag® 2.0 STANDARD dunnage bags can therefore be filled twice as fast as with conventional systems.
