The GrizzlyBag® 2.0 HEAVY is a sturdy dunnage bag made of PP fabric, specially developed for securing heavy loads in containers, lorries or in rail and sea transport. It is placed in load gaps and filled with air to reliably protect your valuable cargo from slipping or tipping over.
Based on more than 30 years of experience, we have developed a dunnage bag with sealing tape technology – welded instead of sewn. Thanks to the welded seam, the bag achieves greater strength while at the same time using less material. This saves resources, weight and CO2 – and it ultimately also saves our customers money.
The outer bag is made of heavy-duty polypropylene (PP) which is resistant to most chemical solvents, alkalis and acids. The inner bag is made of co-extruded polyethylene (PE). This material and the workmanship guarantee tightness even under high pressure.
In addition, GrizzlyBag® 2.0 HEAVY dunnage bags are 100% recyclable – it's no coincidence that they have been certified by the Association of American Railroads (AAR).
The integrated quick-fill valve enables particularly time-saving handling – twice as fast as conventional systems. We offer various inflators and mobile cordless compressors for filling at any location.
